We bought 233 E. Oxford for $267,000 and put $25,000 in renovations into the property. We refinanced into a conventional mortgage and the property appraised for $420,000. We now have $150,000 equity in the home and we are building long term wealth by renting it out for $2,000 per month!
SIX-FIGURE NET PROFIT
We purchased 8915 N. 17th Ave. for $250,000 and put $125,000 in renovations into the property. The project took longer than expected due to Covid, but we ended up selling it for $530,000! So after all expenses were paid, we walked away with 6-figures in net profit!
QUICK FLIP FOR A LARGE PROFIT
We acquired this property at 12222 N. Paradise Village Pkwy. for $202,000 in July of 2020 with the intention of flipping it to make a quick profit. We spent $25,000 in renovations and sold the property in September for $283,000. Our profit on the deal was $45,000 after all expenses!
